The location was perfect for our stay and in walking distance to the Performing Arts Centre. Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. I confess that I lacked somewhat in my attention to detail as I thought check in was 3pm. We arrived 2:45 and the room wasn't ready. No fault of theirs and I truly apologize. That being said they were fantastic given that this senior got her time wrong. IT was lovely being on the water.

Our meals were very tasty and well-prepared. The staff went above and beyond helping us with their assortment of in-house hot sauces and all of our other requests. We especially enjoyed the unique indoor/outdoor pool, along with the hot tub and sauna.

Customer service, Rohit was very kind. I signed up for the points program and he was very thorough of its rewards. He smiled and was welcoming from the beginning. We ate dinner at the bar in the restaurant. We had the steak salad and it was amazing. The bartender was also very friendly.

This was the host hotel for a car show & convention we attended, so it was nice having dining facilities and an outdoor patio with bar right on site. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Lots of great dining and pubs within easy walking distance of the hotel. Great breakfast spot right across from front lobby. The river lock boat tour is right next door and is a fabulous excursion!

The breakfast buffet was incredible with many options. We loved that kids eat free. We were really appreciative of the manager accommodating a large group & finding us a place for a celebration. The activities for kids was fun & engaging especially the button making, cookie decorating & karaoke. Highly recommend for a getaway for kids!

Perfect location with a beautiful view. Restaurants are all within walking distance as well as beautiful walking trails. The staff were all very helpful and seemed happy to be working here. The amenities were a real bonus with an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, and gym. If that isn’t enough, the restaurant has a patio which is great for a late night drink or snack and even had a live band that I could listen to from my balcony. The hotel room was very spacious and the hotel went above and beyond my expectations. Rooms and hotel were in immaculate condition.

Just about everything---we have absolutely no issue with the general facilities and the staff: the room was clean, in good condition, and quiet as well. The HVAC controls in the room were simple to operate and easy to control the temperature--unlike many older places.
